Every pet is unique, and our Pet Profile form helps us to tailor our services to meet their individual needs. We are committed to ensuring the Lodge is a safe and healthy space for all pets who visit us. With that in mind, our Pet Profile is long and we do ask a lot of questions and it could take up to 15 minutes to complete. At any point you can save your progress by clicking the “Save & Continue Later” button at the bottom.

We require a Pet Profile for each individual pet joining us for any service. This form only needs to be completed once. You do not need to do it every time your board with us unless you have a new pet. We appreciate you taking the time to complete this form and ensuring our Lodge stays safe for all of our furry friends.
